Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.  We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? STRONG by Zumba™

Perfect For fitness enthusiasts and students looking for a more challenging, high intensity interval training workout.
With most workout programs, music is an afterthought. The music in STRONG by Zumba™ was crafted to drive the intensity in a challenging progression that provides a total body workout. The result? A group fitness experience like no other.  Moving in sync with music makes you work harder. This class will push you past your plateaus to help you reach your fitness goals faster. Using your own body weight, you will gain muscular endurance, tone, and definition, and you will experience an increased afterburn. (STRONG by Zumba™ is run as a six-week session.  Minimum of 5 participants to run session, maximum of 15 participants per class.)

Zumba® - ZT30

ZT30 is a great combination of the Zumba® Fitness and Zumba® Toning formats!  This class uses both of the exciting Zumba® Fitness formats to create a fun and effective weighted and non-weighted workout.  We will use a circuit-like format with the Zumba® Toning sticks intertwined with the fitness party fun that is Zumba®.  Give this fun, calorie-burning class a try, it's the best of both worlds!  Toning sticks available for no charge at the studio for class use.

Zumba® Toning

Perfect for those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles!  The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks (or light weights), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!  Lightweight maraca-like Toning Sticks enhances sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body. Toning sticks available for no charge at the studio for class use!

Zumba® Step

Perfect for those who are looking to feel the burn, baby! Looking to strengthen and tone your legs and glutes? Step right up! We combine the awesome toning and strengthening power of Step aerobics with the fun fitness-party that only Zumba® brings to the dance-floor.  Zumba® Step increases cardio and calorie burning while adding moves that define and sculpt your core and legs.  You'll love this fun format!  (Maximum 18 participants.)


This fun and HOT dance fitness workout will keep you moving and grooving in the calorie-burning zone all while you're sweating and smiling!  Easy to follow and designed to make you SWEAT, this class uses fun and upbeat chart-topping hits from the 70's, 80's, 90's and today so you'll be singing along with the dance moves!  Check it out!


Yoga props are available at no charge at the studio or bring your own for class use.

WZ™ Yoga: Flow

This class is designed for beginners through intermediate students.  In Gentle Flow, you’ll be guided through postures in a Vinyasa style, beginning with the basic poses, but allowing for more challenging poses based on your practice level.  Props are encouraged to allow the body to fully achieve each pose comfortably.  This is a great class for students looking for a more gentle experience, those who are new to yoga or those who need a change of pace, yet still have the option to take it to the next level.  Also the perfect class for students with injuries or limitations.


B. Light

​Join us for our signature barre class, B. Light! The barre method is a fitness class that incorporates aspects of yoga, pilates and the ballet barre.  This low impact workout will still leave you in a sweat by targeting different muscle groups using your own body resistance or light weight. Each exercise is done for multiple repetitions to help sculpt, lean, and lengthen your muscles.  No previous experience required!  All fitness levels are encouraged to attend. There are numerous modifications offered so class can be taken at your own pace.

POP Pilates

​POP Pilates is a total body, upbeat workout that sculpts a rock solid core and a lean dancer's body like nothing else can. The class incorporates movements from traditional mat Pilates and is choreographed to pop music to make it feel like a fun dance on the mat! Using body weight exercises and low impact cardio, students will build strength, improve posture and alignment, gain flexibility, and burn calories. No previous Pilates experience required - options are available for all levels!
