Join us for our signature barre class, B. Light! The barre method is a fitness class that incorporates aspects of yoga, pilates and the ballet barre. This low impact workout will still leave you in a sweat by targeting different muscle groups using your own body resistance or light weight. Each exercise is done for multiple repetitions to help sculpt, lean, and lengthen your muscles.
No previous experience required!
All fitness levels are encouraged to attend. There are numerous modifications offered so class can be taken at your own pace.
Mondays: 5:00-5:45 p.m.
Tuesdays: 7:15 pm - 8:15 p.m. (No Class 1/9/18 due to special event)
Saturdays: 7:30 am - 8:30 a.m.
Single Class: $10
5 Class Package: $45
10 Class Package: $80
Class packages are non-refundable and valid for 6 months after the date sold. Prices do not include 6.35% CT sales tax. (No Wicked Z passes/class cards are accepted for Barre classes.)

Drop in at the studio!
BYOM! (Bring your own mat) At this time, yoga mats will not be available to rent or use at the studio. You must bring your own mat to participate in class.
The instructor has the right to cancel class if there are no more than 3 participants. The class credit will be applied.
THE BAR[RE] enforces a strict 6-hour cancellation policy. If you have reserved your place at THE BAR[RE] and fail to cancel 6 hours in advance, you will be charged for the class or lose a class credit.
NEW! For every 5 clients that name you as their referral on their registration form, a class credit will be added to your account.
